FAQ

  • Are wraps and gloves include?

We offer rental gear on-site: gloves are available for $4 and hand wraps for $2 — or both for $5 total.
That said, we always recommend bringing your own gloves and wraps if you plan to train consistently.

  • What are class sizes like?

Our group classes are capped at 6 people max to keep the training focused and personalized. When classes are full, both coaches are present to make sure everyone gets hands-on attention, proper technique, and a solid workout.
No overcrowded classes here, just real boxing and real coaching.

  • I've never boxed before, is this class for me?

Absolutely. Most of our members had zero boxing experience before joining. We keep our class sizes small on purpose so we can work closely with both beginners and experienced boxers. That way, everyone gets real coaching, proper technique, and the attention they need. Whether it’s your first day or your hundredth.

  • Do you offer sparring?

We don’t currently offer sparring in our group classes. However, sparring is available for private clients only, and only when the coach feels the client is technically ready and safely prepared. Our focus is on building real fundamentals first once the foundation is there, we can level it up.

  • What’s the difference between group classes and private sessions

Group classes are small (6 people max) and focus on building fundamentals, conditioning, and technique in a high-energy, structured setting. Everyone gets attention, but you’re moving as a group.

Private sessions are fully 1-on-1. They’re built around your goals, pace, and skill level, whether it’s learning defense, sharpening mitt work, building endurance, or prepping to spar. You get more reps, more feedback, and faster results.

If you want more personal attention, faster progress, or to train at your own schedule, private sessions are the move.

  • Is there street parking available?

Yes there’s plenty of free street parking near the gym. We recommend parking on 21st Street, just around the corner from our location. No meters, no permits , just pull up and train. We do suggest arriving a few minutes early to grab a spot, especially during peak hours.
